MTpockets (em-tee paw-kets) is an experimental electronic music Producer/DJ, from Tampa, Florida, who is best known for his Drum & Bass production and style which blends heavy rolling synths with the sexiness of liquid dnb.
This certified "Florida Man" (aka Nigel VonnPitman) has performed at most of the major clubs throughout Florida. Additionally, MTpockets has performed at countless festivals across the United States. He has released music on labels such as Rolled Up Records, Mojo Headz Records, Del Sol Ltd., Furious Funk Records, Cornicello, and more.
MTPockets has held firmly planted roots in the Florida electronic music and dnb culture which has flourished over the past 12 years. His first residency was earned at Tampa's former DnB weekly event "The Baker Acted Drum & Bassment".
Since getting started in the electronic music scene, MTpockets has been booked to provide local support for major electronic music artists such as Skrillex, Excision, Steve Aoki, Seba, Big Gigantic, Dieselboy, Borgore, and many more.
MTpockets is actively involved in spreading the gospel of Drum & Bass music through local grassroots movements in Florida and with help of the Florida DNB artist collective.
